At Joker Greeting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your prank gifts. If your item isn't quite what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
